Failed payments

See which customers have a failing card, and who has paid again.

Customers › Failed payments lists customers whose card failed in the last 60 days. The list is read-only and comes from your ledger: nothing on it changes anything in your provider.

Failing now

Failing now holds customers with a failed charge and nothing paid since. Each stays until a payment goes through or the subscription ends. For each one you see:

  • Customer and Plan.
  • Failed: the amount of the latest try. It links to the customer, and Show the math beside it opens the failed charges for that month.
  • Tries: how many tries have failed.
  • Last reason: the provider's reason for the latest try.
  • Since: the date of the first failure.

Recovered and ended

Recovered and ended holds the rest. Outcome is Recovered when a later charge went through, with the amount under Paid, or Ended when the subscription ended first.

The totals

The tiles at the top show Failing now and Recovered as an amount when every row shares one currency. Across currencies, they show the number of customers instead.
