RevGlanceTeam and roles
Invite people to a business as admins or viewers.
Membership is per business: someone can be an admin in one business and a viewer in another. Manage it in Settings › Team.
Roles
| Role | Can |

| Owner | Everything, including billing, approving recovery emails and the survey, and removing the business |
| Admin | Connect sources, set goals, notes and cancellation reasons, add alerts and Slack, invite viewers |
| Viewer | Read every page and use Ask. No changes |
Inviting
- Open Settings › Team and enter the person's email and a role.
- They get an invitation that is good for seven days. Resend or revoke it from the same page.
- Opening the link asks them to sign in or create an account, then adds them to the business.
The owner's license covers everyone in that business, so members never pay. The weekly report goes to owners and admins, and each can turn it off.
