Conditions d’utilisation
Les conditions d’utilisation de RevGlance : abonnements, résiliation, remboursements et vos données.
Dernière mise à jour : 4 novembre 2026
Ces conditions sont rédigées en anglais, et c’est le texte anglais qui s’applique.
1. Who these terms are between
RevGlance is run by its operator (“we”). These terms apply to whoever creates an account (“you”). If you accept them for a company, you confirm you may bind it, and “you” means that company.
RevGlance is for use in a trade, business or profession, which includes freelancers and sole traders. By signing up you confirm that is how you use it, and that you aren’t acting as a consumer. Nothing in these terms removes a right the law doesn’t allow us to remove.
2. What RevGlance does
RevGlance reads subscription and sales data from the payment and store providers you connect, keeps it in a ledger, and shows revenue reports from it. It also offers features such as scheduled reports, Ask, a mobile app, a REST API and access for AI assistants you connect.
Figures depend on what your providers return and when they last synced. RevGlance helps you read your business, and isn’t accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Check any figure you rely on for a filing or a decision against your provider’s own records.
3. Your account
You need a valid email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your login and API keys. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. You are also responsible for who you invite to a business and what their role lets them see.
4. Trial
A new account gets a 7-day trial with no card. When it ends, syncing and other paid features stop, unless you belong to a business whose owner has a license that covers it. Section 8 explains what happens to your data after that.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Prices and billing. Prices and billing periods are shown before you pay. Stripe takes the payment and holds your card. We never see the full card number.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- Changing plan. Moving from monthly to yearly starts straight away, with the unused part of your month taken off what you pay. Moving from yearly to monthly starts when your paid year ends.
- Failed renewals. Your license continues while Stripe retries a failed payment. If the retries end without payment, the subscription stops.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew.
- Deleting your account cancels a running subscription at once, with no refund for the time left. The delete form tells you this first.
- Refunds. Payments aren’t refunded, in whole or in part, unless the law requires it or section 12 says otherwise.
- Ask question packs are one-off purchases of extra questions, and each question has a real cost to us, so packs aren’t refundable. Unused questions don’t expire, but they end when the account is deleted.
- Taxes. Where the law requires us to charge VAT or a similar tax, we’ll show it before you pay.
We may grant licenses outside Stripe by separate arrangement. Unless that arrangement says otherwise, these terms apply to them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect a provider account you aren’t authorized to use, or import data you have no right to process;
- break the law, or anyone’s rights, through RevGlance;
- probe, overload or get around the limits or security of the service, unless we agree in writing;
- resell the service, or use it to build a competing one.
We may suspend access if needed to protect the service or others, and will tell you when we can.
7. Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us the right to process it only to provide RevGlance to you. For the data you import about your customers, you are the controller and we process it for you. For your own account, such as your login and billing contact, we are the controller.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, who receives it and how AI features use it. If you connect an AI assistant or use an API key, that tool gets what it asks for, and its provider’s terms apply.
8. Exports, inactivity and deletion
- Export. While your account exists you can export your data, with or without a license, subject to rate limits.
- Inactive accounts. If your account has no current license, we delete it after 90 days without a sign-in, counted from the latest of the end of your trial, the end of your subscription and your last sign-in. We email your account’s address 30 and 7 days before. Signing in resets the 90 days, so keep your email address current. Accounts in a business with other members aren’t deleted this way.
- Deleting it yourself. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your account, the businesses you own and their imported data.
- What stays. Our delete account page lists what remains for a time, such as backups and the payment records Stripe keeps.
- No restoring. Once deleted, data can’t be restored for you, so export it first.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep RevGlance running, but don’t promise uninterrupted service or a set uptime. Providers can change or limit their APIs, which can delay or stop a sync. We may change features over time, and will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a change that materially reduces what you pay for.
10. Intellectual property
We own RevGlance. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your account is active. We may use feedback you give us with no obligation to you.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren’t liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits, lost revenue or decisions made using figures that depend on third-party data.
None of this limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end the agreement at once for a serious or repeated breach, or for any other reason with 30 days’ notice. If we end it without you being in breach, we’ll refund the unused part of a prepaid period. Section 8 applies to your data, and the sections meant to last, including data, liability and law, continue afterwards.
13. Changes to these terms
We’ll email you at least 30 days before a material change. If you don’t agree, you can stop using RevGlance before it takes effect. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the change.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. The English text prevails over any translation.
